Lori has over 20 years of corporate experience in recruiting (both agency and corporate), hiring, human resources, training, marketing, management, and operations. Lori is certified in STAR Behavioral Targeted Selection Interviewing Techniques and has a solid understanding of the different interviewing methods and techniques. Lori was on the district management team well as a Management Recruiter for the Northwest Region of J.C. Penney. She was also a member of the executive team of Custom Decorators, Inc., a local medium-sized company. Lori was also an executive recruiter in the High-Tech Industry.
