Walk With Ease
Walk With Ease is an exercise program that can reduce pain and improve overall health. This program is proven to reduce pain, build confidence in being active, and improve overall health. Participants will attend a weekly zoom meeting, receive a free Walk with Ease guidebook, and learn how to be more physically active. This class requires the use of either a smartphone or a computer with internet connection. Please come prepared to participate, as we will all be learning from each other.

Many of the below registration questions are optional and voluntary. Zoom does require a first name and an email address. You may use initials if you do not feel comfortable disclosing your first name.
